I could probably count on one hand the number of humans I ve ever met who are TRYING to gain weight. Yes, they exist. They are usually male, but not always. And it s more about gaining muscle or gaining weight healthfully.
Disclaimer: This is NOT for those people. This is friendly sarcasm for the rest of us.
So often we are focused on how to LOSE weight. We know the rules and/or recommendations. We may abide by them. We may not. I ve found reverse psychology to be helpful when it comes to dealing with the subconsciously rebellious human (me, too) and so, perhaps turning the tables on our psyche may be helpful. Maybe not, but hey.what have we got to lose? (wink, wink again)
In all honesty, I have never even considered someone s astrological sign when thinking of asking them for a date. Apparently a lot of people have.
A new OnePoll study published by SWNS Digital indicates that 42% of the people surveyed said they had consulted with the starts about romance and nearly half of them did so regularly.
The study involved 2,000 Americans and was conducted on behalf of the diamond and jewelry retailer, Diamdere, and explored several aspects of romance from who to date to favorite gifts.
Not surprisingly, jewelry topped the list of favorite gifts. One participant mentioned their romantic partner gifting them with a charm bracelet with charms that represented special times in their relationship and another mentioned receiving a ring that had once been worn by their partner s mother.

Chad has much in common with Greg Brady. He s an overachiever just like Marsha, and thinks that he s a great singer. We know how much he loves a microphone and the stage! Chad secretly dreams each night of becoming the next Johnny Bravo . I m sure Chad has a matador s jacket in his closet ready for the stage. You know that I m right! And, do you remember when Greg goat-napped the mascot from a rival school because they had swiped theirs? Just like Greg, Chad is always butting in to have the last word, or goat in this case. He s so baaaaad.
Once a week, we present and “Unfun Fact”. Last week we learned about dolphins who commit suicide in captivity. Today, we’ll learn about a the singer of a novelty song who died during a police standoff while his very famous relative tried to talk him into surrendering.
Our story starts with a very, very silly song:
You’ve probably heard this novelty song…either with a dancing banana video, or from sports venues around the country or from multiple episodes of Family Guy appearing as yet another bit that Seth McFarlane absolutely runs into the ground.
But, do you know the tragic story about how the man who sang Peanut Butter Jelly time met his demise? Well, there’s a pretty interesting, yet depressing, story.
Dear Mr. Mac,
My name is Chad Benefield and I am a morning show host on The Country Station, 92.5 WBKR in Owensboro, Kentucky. I am writing to you today on behalf of my listening audience and my co-host Angel, who s a really annoying, but incredibly fertile vegetarian, whose pelvis could supply you with endless customers. It is my fervent belief that, though you are essentially a New England-based company, that we, the perpetually hungry residents of Owensboro-Daviess County, would nestle you deep into our bosoms. We d be happy to slip on a bib and slobber all up on you.
See, we love restaurants. We ve got all kinds of em. At one point in time, we had the most restaurants per capita than any city in the United States. But, to quote Academy Award and Grammy-winning singer/actress Jennifer Hudson, Where YOU at?
